<p>Squad Goals is a platform designed to help users track and work towards their 3-6 month long goals alongside a supportive group of friends. Studies suggest that having an "accountability buddy" or external motivation can significantly improve habit maintenance, as the act of sharing achievements with others can lead to a sense of reward. In addition, gaining insight into your peers' plans can serve as a wellspring of inspiration. Squad Goals aims to harness these strong emotional and motivational aspects.</p>

<p>Functionality of Squad Goals:</p>
<ul>
<li>At the beginning of each week, users set 'Weekly Tasks' for their goals.</li>
<li>Throughout the week, they mark off completed tasks and inform their squad about the progress.</li>
<li>Users can track their own progress percentage and 'goal momentum' alongside that of their teammates.</li>
<li>Sharing notes of encouragement or congratulations is encouraged, fostering a sense of friendly competition to achieve goals quickly.</li>
<li>Each Sunday provides an opportunity for reflection and review of personal accomplishments.</li>
</ul>
