Functionality of Squad Goals:

• At the beginning of each week, users set 'Weekly Tasks' for their goals.
• Throughout the week, they mark off completed tasks and inform their squad about the progress.
• Users can track their own progress percentage and 'goal momentum' alongside that of their teammates.
• Sharing notes of encouragement or congratulations is encouraged, fostering a sense of friendly competition to achieve goals quickly.
• Each Sunday provides an opportunity for reflection and review of personal accomplishments.
